Discovering Mediterranean food, that suits the taste and lifestyle of the US is our goal. Creating simple concepts that bring home a one star Michelin chef’s recipe and making it happen in our kitchen in the southern coast of Spain made our dream come true.
FROM A BURGER ⇢ TO A FISH CAKE
We started by converting a burger into a fish cake, and using only the loin of a salmon or a swordfish combining it with spices from Valencia, Spain’s garden, and bringing them to your home in a wonderful package with a French brioche bread, and a wonderful bernaise sauce from France, or a typical aioli sauce from Cataluña, or an exquisite tartar.
